The College of PG Studies in Agricultural Sciences is a unique college under the umbrella of Central Agricultural University (Imphal) which caters to only post-graduate teaching and research. Presently, we offer masters’ and PhD degree in ten and seven disciplines, respectively. It is matter of immense pride that our students are placed in various jobs in central/state/autonomous bodies/banks, etc and many are keenly pursuing higher education as well. The main goal of the college is to impart quality agricultural education and to undertake research in the areas of relevance to agricultural development such that the long term goal of the states of northeastern region to achieve economic, food and nutritional security in a sustained manner is attained.
