Central Agricultural University, Imphal

The College was established on 7^th March 2001 as one of the constituent Colleges of the Central Agricultural University, Imphal, Manipur, near the bank of beautiful river Siang to serve as a leading centre of education, research, extension and training in the field of Horticulture and Forestry in the state.  It is situated at 28.06′ N latitude and 95.32′ E longitudes at an elevation of 157 msl.  Murkongselek, Dibrugarh and Harmuti are the nearest railway stations located 37 km, 151 km and 224 km respectively, away from the Pasighat. It is well connected to Murkongselek, Dibrugarh, Itanagar, Guwahati, Kolkata and New Delhi by train. It is also connected with Dibrugarh, Itanagar, Guwahati, Kolkata and New Delhi by flight.
