Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan started on 29th May 2025 by KVK Changlang, Jairampur The chief guests of the inaugural function were MLA Jairampur and ADC Jairampur. Event started with the welcome address by Head KVK Changlang. He addressed the gathering and welcomed guests of the event, all department officials including AdO, HDO, Veterinary/ Fishries Department, Faculties from CHF, CAU (I), Pasighat, progressive farmers, and farmers from Khamdu, jairampur and Kovin. In Technical session Mr. A.P Singh SMS, KVK Changlang and SMS plant protection gave the lecture on government schemes and soil health card. Dr. Krishna Kumari gave a lecture on Commercially important trees in agroforestry systems. The inauguration ended with the flag off of Raath by MLA, Jairampur and all officials. Second sessoin (Evening) farmers interaction was at Village Kamlao.
