Vidya Bharati North Eastern Region hosts the Samutkarsh Mahashivir from 29 to 31 January 2025 at Sarusajai Stadium, Guwahati. The Governor of Assam, Shri Laxman Prasad Acharya Ji, is the chief guest at the inaugural programme. Central Agricultural university, Imphal participated in the exhibition.
