The 2nd Dialogue on the North East Region in the Changing Global Scenario was jointly organized by Akhil Bhartiya Poorva Sainik Seva Parishad (ABPSSP), Manipur and Bir Tikendrajit University on 5th August 2025 at the Bir Tikendrajit University Campus, Canchipur, Imphal. The event was graced by Lt. Gen. (Dr.) K. Himalaya Singh, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, YSM, President, ABPSSP North East Region, who attended as the Chief Guest. Among the eminent speakers was Dr. Anupam Mishra, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of Central Agricultural University, Imphal, who shared his valuable insights on the evolving dynamics of the North East Region in the global context. Other distinguished speakers included Man. Pradip Joshi Ji, Akhil Bhartiya Sah Prachar Pramukh, RSS; Col. R.K. Shrivastav, SM (Veteran), National Security Analyst; and Col. Sapam Shanti Kumar Singh, Security Analyst, North East Region.
