The College of Fisheries, CAU (I), Tripura is profusely happy to inform that one of the Final Year Graduates, Mr. Lokesh Pawar (2018-22 Batch) has been selected for the coveted Erasmus Mundus Scholarship. The Erasmus Mundus Scholarship [by European Commission] worth 43.50 lakhs INR (€ 49,000) for a two-year Integrated Joint Post Graduation programme i.e. International Masters in Marine Biological Resources (IMBRSea) 2023, which will allow Mr. Lokesh to study in 4 European Countries (Semester 1 – Portugal, Semester 2 – Norway, Semester 3 – Belgium and Semester 4 – Netherlands) and Centre of Excellence in Fisheries. The college feels privileged to share that Mr. Lokesh is the first recipient of the scholarship for this programme from the Central Agricultural University (Imphal). He is one among the two selected candidates from India and 17 selected candidates from all over the world
