As part of the inaugural function of the 5th State Level Shirui Lily Festival 2025, an Input Distribution Programme under the Transfer of Technology initiative of the Farmer FIRST Programme, ICAR, New Delhi, was held on 20th May 2025 at Heritage Ground Vangayan Shirui, Ukhrul. The inputs were distributed to the beneficiaries of Shanshak Khullen, Ukhrul. The Chief Guest, Shri Ajay Kumar Bhalla, Hon’ble Governor of Manipur, graced the occasion and distributed the inputs in the august presence of Dr. Anupam Mishra, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Central Agricultural University, Imphal, Manipur. Special Guests for the event included Mr. Sword Vashum, President, Tangkhul Naga Long, and Mr. Tennyson Kashung, President, Tangkhul Naga.
