The inaugural function of the one-day workshop-cum-exhibition on ‘Mainstreaming Millets for Food and Nutritional Security’ was held at Loktak Farmer’s Hostel, Lamphelpat, Imphal, on January 16, 2025. Dr. Anupam Mishra, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Central Agricultural University, Imphal, graced the occasion as the chief guest. Shri Ningthoujam Gojendro Singh, Director, Department of Agriculture, Government of Manipur, attended as the guest of honor, while Dr. Vinay Kumar Mishra, Director, ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Umiam, Meghalaya, presided over the program.
