Central Agricultural University, Imphal commemorated its 33rd Foundation Day on 26th January 2026 at the College of Agriculture, Iroisemba, in a spirit of pride and academic distinction. The programme was graced by Dr. Konsam Himalay Singh, Retired Lieutenant General, Indian Army, as the Chief Guest, and presided over by Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Dr. Anupam Mishra, in the presence of Directors, Deans, and senior university officials.

The programme was witnessed by the Deans, faculty members, Senior Scientist and Heads (KVKs), staff and students of all 13 constituent colleges and KVKs of the University through online mode. The occasion marked three decades of the University’s steadfast commitment to excellence in agricultural education, research, and extension for national development.
