Dr. Anupam Mishra, Vice Chancellor of Central Agricultural University (CAU), Imphal, paid a courtesy call on Dr. Mangi Lal Jat, Secretary (DARE) and Director General (ICAR), on June 16, 2025. During the meeting, the Vice Chancellor briefed the Secretary (DARE) & DG (ICAR) on the university’s initiatives for agricultural development in Manipur and the Northeast region. Dr. Mangi Lal Jat appreciated CAU’s contributions and encouraged continued efforts to further strengthen the agricultural sector in the region.
