Ampareen Lyngdoh, the Hon’ble Min. of Agri. & Farmers’ Welfare, Gov. of Meghalaya, graced the event as the chief guest, while Dr. P. Das, Former DDG (Agri. Extension), ICAR, New Delhi, acted as the Chairman. Prof. Dwipendra Thakuria, Dean of the College was the Course Director of the training program. The ceremony was also attended by Dr. Indira Sarangthem, Dean, COA, CAU, Imphal, Manipur, Dr. R.K. Saha, Dean, COF, Lembucherra, Tripura, and Dr. Sri Dhar, Dean, COH, Thenzawl, Mizoram.
